Why Can't You Leave Answers To Some Questions??
How come sometimes if you click on a question it just takes you straight to a different page, like the unaswered questions, and you can’t leave an answer for the question you clicked on??

Some questions are locked, so you can’t answer those, but if it redirects you to the question page, then it’s because the question was recently deleted and hadn’t been wiped from the system completely yet.
Just for the record - questions are only locked or deleted if they somehow violate the ToU, or are over 6 months old and have enough good answers.
