Why aren't I weak?
dont lecture me on this, just try and answer the question kay? Thanks(: I’m eating under 700 calories daily, for the most part, people say that you will feel really weak if you do so, but I honestly dont. why? jw?
Because you’re body’s already adjusted to it more than likely and/or the 700 cals that you do it are nutritious.. Me, I eat no more than 800 calories and I’m hardly weak The only thing that’s wrong is my hair is falling out a lot.
It’ll catch up with you, don’t worry.
Now I’m not going to lecture you, I’m going to tell it how it is: If you continue this lifestyle, your body will rot and fall apart from the inside out. Have fun.
It may be that your used to it by now but its pretty stupid and you will end up getting to the point where you are really sick or where you just go and eat for days and put all your weight back on plus more.
You are surviving by your body consuming itself. You won’t feel the results right away but they will come and they can be very detrimental to your well being.

because your body adjusts to the intake you normally give it… hypethtically if you doubled your intake one day and stayed with 1400 a day you would feel bloated and slow for awhile until your body slowly adjusts to it :)
My hemoglobin (bloodcount) was at 43% for almost 5 years and people die after it drops below 70%… My body was adjusted to it :) (Don’t worry im at 100% again!)
you already are, you just dont notice it and the longer you keep up the low food intake, the worse it will become
Follow the diet and lifestyle of kids in africa. I’m sure you’ll feel as weak as your mind.
