Why are scratches apperaring on me when I sleep?

Ok so the day that I was going to the fair I woke up withg a f on my left hand on the top (a scratch), the other day I woke up with a single scratch on my left hand going from the top to the palm around me thumb and to day I wake up and there is a backwards why and a big x next to it scratched on my top left arm bisep can any one give me a reason also im not that heavy of a sleeper though I have punched people when they touch me and im sleepin (my aunt told me after I punched her I was still sleepin when I punched her) and walk around

your a sleep actor lol I used to do that basically you have to just concentrate before you go to sleep so that it doesnt happen and as for scratches cut your nails

I wake up with scratches all the time… I think its just 1 of them things that happens to us all :)

not to worry about it cus you can catch yourself on hairs and strands of cotton from your sheets

How thick are the scratches? If they are fingernail width then you might be doing it yourself, do you get bad dreams where you wake up all stressed or anything? If they’re only thin scratches then there could be something in or by your bed that you’re scratching yourself on in the night, have a look around and see if there’s anything, if not then I guess it’s one of life’s unknown mysteries…
