Why Am I itching legs and arms ?
Is it because of the reason I am in cold weather from a hot weather… ? Like from India, I am moved to Germany …What could be all reasons
There is something called winter itch, and what that is, is the drying of the skin due to artificial heating (electric, gas, wood, etc). It’s quite common in colder climates.
You need to use a moisturizer daily (preferably as son as you’re done your shower or bath) to help combat the dryness.
If you don’t see any improvement within a week or redness and/or swelling occurs , then you should see the doctor as it could be a more serious skin condition.
