Why am I feeling so sickly?

Lately, I can’t stand up for too long without feeling lightheaded, dizzy, and as if I’m going to pass out. I go to school for 7 hours, then tennis for 2 hours, and sometimes I work for a few hours after tennis on weekdays and on weekends I work 8 hour shifts. Generally I feel the worst at work… almost always feeling dizzy and nauseous. I also haven’t gotten my period yet this month (it’s generally pretty regular but it’s been irregular for the past few months). I have not had sex so I’m not pregnant and I’m not taking any medications. Any idea what’s wrong with me?

Answer #1

I fully agree with the people above. When I have those symptoms, it’s usually because I haven’t been eating enough or I’ve been pushing myself too hard; also make sure you get enough iron in your system so you don’t become anemic. I hope this helps, but you should definitely see a doctor if all this continues and/or gets worse

Answer #2

your body is exhausted and needs a break. take a couple days off from everything if possible and take time to recooperate and sleep.

Answer #3

Are you eating enough? It sounds like you aren’t eating enough. Playing sports, especially a fast sport like tennis, requires you to eat foods that will keep you going. Also drink enough water. If this gets any worse, or won’t go away, I suggest you seek medical help.
