why am I fainting?

I am just so exahsted… I felll down and fainted for like 3 minutes till my mom came in and said she heard me fall downstairs… my dad thought I just fell asleep.. but I diddn’t! what are the symptoons of fainting?

you could be dehydrated, or low in proteins such as iron other reaosn are because you have an eating disoredr like anorexia or bulima those disorders make you incredibly weak or you might be over-exerscising if you think its a problem though, see a doctor and tell them about it theyll take a few tests too make sure nothings wrong with you and make sure your not anemic or low in proteins or anything

oh and some people think that after you faint your hands feel tingaly and they did… so yeah.. is that true?
