Does anyone feel this way?

I feel unloved in my house because in my house it is in how much they love you its my brother the tv the cmputer the dogs the cats and then there is me my parents went and bought my brother new winter clothes and when I asked when am ia m getting my they said we dont have the money then the very next day my parents go out and splurge on model airplanes and ebay but they still say they dont have any money for me some new clothes im in 9th grade and I am having to fit into clothes I wore in 6th grade it sucks because im always being laughed at for wearing the same clothes 2 days in a row

I feel very sorry for you. Your brother seems to be the centre of attention in your home but I don’t understand why the cats and dogs come before you as well. You really need to speak to your parents about it that they’re being unfair.

They might not do much about it to change the situation afterwards but that is nothing to do with you. It is not within your control and you can’t force them to do anything. However, you would have said what you feel about the matter which is very important for you. Otherwise, as you get older and become an adult, you will carry all these negative feelings with you resulting in anger and feelings of being unloved by the most important people in your life. It will affect all your future relationships.

Also although it seems very negative from what you wrote, I could be helpful to try and see if there are things which your parents do for you which shows that they do love you. It might not be the same as what other people’s parents do but in their own special way its how they show that they love you.

I do um well im a girl and im not bisexual but I feel the way you do.My brother is really skinny and is easy to shop for and im on the heavey side and my dad hates going shopping with me because he says im picky which I have to amit he right but I no how it fels to be left out because my sister has now been in the mental hospitul for wanting kill well my parent have been going there every day and sincei cant come tay all about her and no me but hope you find hope and bye
