I feel Weird...

I would really like some advice, I feel different at the moment.

Well, there has been a lot of tension between me and my sister and today we just sort of “attacked” eachother, just out of fustration at everything. Anyway, we made friends again, and so everything is all right between us but I still feel really bad and ashamed at the way I acted, and it is really making me feel uncomfortable.

I think that it was just all of my fustration from school, with my friends, with homework, with exams and everything just got vented out at home.

Also, for some reason, I feel clingy towards my mum, I just feel like I need a hug, and everything is just getting to me, and I feel horrible.

Also I feel this uncomfortable feeling, but I don’t know why, it isn’t guilt, and I don’t know what it is.

Please could I have some advice to help me!

Thanks…

By the way I am a thirteen year old girl.

Its probably just that you are stressing out really bad, are you in the middle of testing or is it you got awful grades this period and you feel frustrated? Could it be your friends pushing you to do something you do not want? Talk to your mom, don’t take it out on your sister or anyone else. I am so sure your mom will be the one to give you the best advice. Don’t be shy, she brought you to this world. Maybe you just need a getaway weekend to relax and forget about everything and everyone! Good Luck and take care. Remember do not let anyone pressure you!
