Who's Responsible??

My sister is 16 and got a traffic ticket last year she hasn’t paid it full because my mom sent her to florida, but I helped her pay half. Her expiration date from her arrangement was this march, if she comes back to las vegas what should she do? Should I just go pay her ticket now, or take her so she could pay it herself?

She is responsible for it, however I would still say it is a good idea help her take care of it since she is out of state. Call her and tell her you will go pay the ticket if she will pay you back, get her to commit to paying you back and if you can trust her, and you have the money, go ahead and pay the rest of the ticket. If you don’t know if you can trust her to pay you back, but you still want to get the problem taken care of, express the concern with her and see if she is as willing to take care of it as you are, and if she has the money to. If she is wiling and has the money, have her wire it to you, and then pay the ticket. Or she might even be able to pay it online, most cities (and I would definitely bet Las Vegas) have a system where you can pay fines, fees, and tickets online through their website. Maybe put a little research into that, if no other options are open. Good luck!

Well is how you want it. Your sister is responsible for this sience she made he traffic mistake. BUT you could be the good sister and help her out(: Or you can oay it for her and she could return you the money.
