I wore braces about 15 years ago and my two top teeh or slowly shifting and I have a tiny space between them. I have searched for a while for my retainer and I can't find it. Do any of you know of quick fixes? Does anyone know if I can call the orthodontist to have another retainer made after all of these years?
You're better off seeing your orthodontist than trying home remedies.
