Does anyone have implanted teeth?

does any one have teeth that are fake that have been implanted I need to but since im still growing I cant have them and I hate the huge spaces in my teeth and I want them now!!! why cant I have them I mean some kids I no my age have fake teeth and I want them!!!

Hi,

My friend does, but I don’t like them. They look very fake…like they don’t fit in her mouth. Also they are unnaturally white. I wouldn’t recommend that you get them.
