1.) The size of the penis is what usually hurts the girl. If he is rather small then usually girls don’t get any pain from it. Its also depending on how aroused the girl is, if shes not properly aroused and nervous then her vaginal muscles clench up and her vagina doesn’t provide enough lubrication and blood doesn’t reach that area. This is why they always tell you to breathe while having sex, if a girl is holding her breathe then she is depriving that spot of oxygen. Possibly reducing the chance of an orgasm.

2.) Like the above said, you’ll be either in pain or in pleasure. If your in pleasure then your body is going to react to it on a subconscious state of mind. You don’t have to worry so much about what to do, your body does it for you. If you feel the need to do something then do it. Its important to exert communication when having sex. Telling your partner how much you enjoy it with out actually saying it (moaning for example). If your in pain then its best to stop and try a different position, let him know that your in pain so he knows that he is doing something wrong and that he can improve on it.

3.) If your giving a guy a blow job I doubt stuff like that matters. He’ll be rather heavily focused on the fact that your taking his penis into your mouth. Depending on the guy, his penis will be erect and standing so there probably won’t be a need to pick it up. If you do though then there is nothing wrong with that. He’ll be enjoying it anyway so why bother with simple stuff like that right? If he does complain then he’s not worth it really. Your already pleasing him and yet he has the conceit to complain? Not good. It’s a good idea to tease him, a very good idea actually. Sliding your tongue along the shaft before actually putting it in and staring deeply into his eyes while doing it will for sure drive him mad with pleasure.

4.) On top, the girl is usually in charge of everything. How deep the penetration is, where the penis is stimulating her etc. The guy should assist her though by motioning her waist or holding her hands so she can support herself on him. You can also lay flat on him while being on top to exert more intimacy. Remember to communicate with him. if your having a hard time, tell him so he can help you. Or you can always move to another sex position. If being on top doesn’t work for you then try something more comfortable for both of you. Missionary is the best for the first time though.
