ok so I’ve been doing some research so here are my symptoms and you tell me what you think and what you think I should do Fatigue? been very tired a lot for I while for no reason and I feel kind of like im slowed down and feel weighted Always thirtsy, I have been feeling very very thirsty I feel like my thirst can’t be quenched and I want more and more to drink I have very dry skin and I put lotion on and it will still get dry and crack open headaches a lot And I think I might be peeing a little more than usual due to drinking so much more but not too much more than I usually pee and my wounds sometimes take a while to heal but I think that deoends on the size So tell me what you think about this please and what I should do about it :) thankss

Go the the Dr. and get a urine test and a blood workup, if you suspect that you may have diabetes…it’s not something to play around with…and nobody here would know…
