Who can help me with my speech?

For my speech I have decided to do how technology is consuming the world, examples: texting, on computer instead of outside. Can anybody help me figure out what to say in my speech, please.

Talk about the history of technology—do a little research on the first radios that came into the world, the first television, etc. You could even talk about people’s reactions to the technology that came…People loved the radio, for the most part. But the television had a different story—a relative of mine said “Television ruins the art of conversation.” (Feel free to quote me!), and the TV was disliked for the most part in the beginning of its life. People didn’t think it would take off like it did, whereas now, TV is in everyone’s houses—my grandpa was a banker and he was going to repossess a family’s car or something. The family had no electricity, but they did have a color CRT television! Then move on to the rest of the history of technology. Good luck and have fun!
