Help me to write my speech

So I need to do a speech for my writing class.My topic is about ;if it would be better to pay a student to go to school? Does someone know how I can start with a good beginning for this 3 page speech? please if you know some statistics, know any reasons, or if you can give me any examples,or what it can do or cause, the effects of doing it,or even any facts to help me then tell me any websites are good too thanks =]

INTRO:
Are YOU a student? How does a little extra cash in your pocket sound??? Just a bit of tangible incentive to do all the work you accomplish within these buildings walls.. for these reasons and more, I think paying students to go to school would be a VERY beneficiary practice..

if they payed me id go more often so start out with there ood be a rise in attendance. did that help?

it may encourage them to do better, may get them there on time, it should be considered a job since technically it IS working, stuff like that
