Who can help me with my guy trouble?

If you can..please..pleaseee help me!

Okay here’s the deal, im 16 years old, and I moved to pennsylvania about a year and 3 months ish ago. This guy from my home state wants to come alll the way to pa just for me. He was a senior when I was a freshman so hes about 3-4 years older than me, age isnt so much the problem since I’ve known if for like 3 ish years. But, he wants to leave all his friends and family to come all the way out here. He said hes always liked me, but is like a good enough reason for him to leave everything to come here for me? My parents already said that he could move in with us, and hes so down for it. At frist I liked the idea, I was like hey cool, but now im kinda nervous, I mean I like him to, but I dont know if I want him to move all the way out here with me, and to move in with me, I mean thats a huge commitment and im scared I’m going to hurt him, I just dont know what I want or what to do, if he moves all the way out here for me I kinda feel obligated, and I just dont want him to move out here for nothing, gah I jsut dont know.

Any comments, advice, anything would be amazing please, if you can. I dont usually ask for advice but im sooo lost.
