Guy trouble..help

So I’ve been hanging out woth this guy for a while now and it seems to be going to same pace. He has told me he doesn’t want a realitonship and I told him I’m down for whatever but, when we’re together.. We kiss, cuddle, hold hands, go out to dinner, drinks, stuff that you would do with a ‘girlfriend” is he playing with my head of does he like me more then he wants to admit?

but, we arn’t even having sex either… we have done it a couple times but, when I try he says he feels like I’m only hanging out with him for booty

If he doesn’t want a relationship then he’s only getting closer to you for ONE thing…sounds cliche but thats what he wants.
