which works better conditioner or shampoo?

ok so im going to the store today and I want my hair to grow long so I heart that the mane and tail shampoo works best. even though its ment for horses, humans can use it. so I was wondering does conditioner work better when trying to grow out your hair or shampoo?

Answer #1

Mane and Tail was originally created/formatted for horses but what you buy today in stores like walmart or target is sold and marketed specifically for the humans, lol. Everything I’ve read and heard about it says its a great product. Shampoo washes the grime out of your hair while conditioner helps to moisturize your hair. Your best bet would be to use both! Hysterical gave some good advice everything he said was right on the mark. If you don’t wanna take a multi-vitamin vit a and e alone are really good for your hair also!

Answer #2

Nothing is really scientifically proven to help hair growth, the stuff your buying might make your hair healthier that doesn’t necessarily mean it will grow faster.

What will make your hair grow is taking a multi-vitamin and eating iron rich foods such as tofu, lentils, beans, oysters, spinach, prunes, raisins, and lean beef. More importantly you have to treat your hair in a nice way, when your tying your hair up don’t pull on it a butterfly clip is all you need. Brushing your hair before you shower in the morning is also something you want to try. Since hair knots in your sleep you need to reduce the tangles and saves you the work you have to do when you get out of the shower. Theres a ton more things you can do to improve the speed of your hair growth, these are just a few things.
