Its also a good idea to occasionally switch up the shampoo you use. All shampoos leave a residue on your hair. Switching shampoos can remove the previous build up of residue but it will start to leave its own residue so don;t forget to swtich back to another shampoo. Alternately you can use 2 shampoos and alternate every other day/week or so. I alternate between my wifes panteen and my Head and Shoulders.

Yeah it works pretty good, Its ment to do 2 things. and 3 dollars isnt much.
