Answer #2

A person may be tried without a jury.

This is not in any ammendment.

Witness can be a part of a person’s trial.

What is this supposed to mean? Be a part how? As a witness? The 6th amendment provides for the state and the accused to be able to present witnesses at trial.

Answer #4

5th is where you have the right to not speak against your self..thats why people sayy I plea the fifth..and no double jeapardy either..cant be tried twice for the same crime..

6th is right to a speedy trial, trial by jury, and public trial!!

in government right now; and criminal justice..prettyy sure these are both correct..almost a 100% sure.. These are what theyy actually mean instead of all that mumbo jumbo court talk.

amendment 5 no person shall be held to answer for a capital, or otherwise infamous crime, unless on a presentment or indictment of a grand jury, except in cases arising in the land or naval forces, or in the militia, when in actual service in time of war or public danger;nor shall any person be subject for the same offence to be twice put in jeopardy of life or limb ; nor shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness against himself, nor be deprived of life, liberty , or property, without due process of the law;nor shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation.

amendment 6 in all criminal prosecutions, the accused shall enjoy the right to a speedy and public trial, by an impartial jury of the state and district wherein the crime shall have been committed, which district shall have been previously ascertained by law, and to be informed of the nature and cause of the accusation;to be confronted with the witnesses against him; to have compulsory process for obtaining witnesses in his favor, and to have the assistance of counsel for his defence.

I would say that 1, 3, 5, and 6 would be in the above amendments.

2 and 4 I think may come into play in time of war or public danger if the person is a member of the army , militia, or the navy.
