Where to find legal help on emancipation before 2/18/2010?

The background behind my situation is… I will be 17 on February 18th and my sister is moving to town that month. My father got diagnosed with cancer last year and my mother has a lot of health issues too. I was raised like a single child and lived “by myself” for more than half of the year last year, only seeing my mom once a month and my dad maybe 2 hours a day. They were truck drivers. But I did perfectly fine, except they paid the bills. Now that both of my parents are home and I am a junior in high school who takes care of two kids every other week (my niece and nephew) they blame me for everything. I’m selfish, inconciterate, rude, stupid, lazy, immature and tell me thay wish I could just get out a lot, I am sick of the verbal abuse. Well, I wanna look into getting emancipated so that I can move in with my older sister who has two kids without being a birden (her having gardianship). I am very mature and don’t mind having to work for what I need, I have been serching very hard for a job for over a year. Someone have any legal advise for my situation?

I’m sure any lawyer would be VERY interested to hear about the abuse mentioned. and the living alone. anyone would consider it grounds for emancipation. and if you’re already practically taking care of yourself, there’s a legal issue in itself.
