Where can I get an amazing dress?

I’m looking for an amazzzing dress for my 18th.. I really like the pastel colours right now.. or the lace trend.

I’m not wanting anythhing with sleaves, so strapless is a must!

buy a cheap nice dress with a goos shape, and then dye/cut/colour it. and buy lace or whatever (you can get it real cheap at some places) and sew it on.

you could get a fabulous, original dress for cheaper :)

um okay, then maybe you could get a plain dress and go to a dressmakers? but they might cost more than your budget… :( having a dress made by a dressmaker would be the prefect solution but that might be expensive. you could google though. have yu tried any second hand dress stores? you can find some beautiful dresses for reasonable prices. or renting a dress?
