Where do I go to get a dress for twirp it is semi formal?

The dress need to be short not long! A good place but not expensive! I have long brown hair, pale skin and hazel eyes! Please help!

I would go to DEBS. they got the cutest dresses ever :) I went there to get my dress for semi formal. when picking the dress, I suggest for you to get either a purple, blue, or green dress. NO RED! that would clash with your skin tone. hope this was helpful hun :)
