Where can I get a body peircing with parental consent?

My older sister has a belly button ring and my boyfriend has a tongue ring. I’m only 14 right now and I want to get a piercing. Either in my belly button, my tongue, or my clit. My parents won’t let me though. I live in Spartanburg, SC.

You can’t get a genitle piercing until your 18. No piercer will pierce a minor’s genitles even WITH parental consent because it’s not legal as jaz said. Your allowed to get other piercings you mentioned if you have a parent/legal guardian go with you when you have it done so that they can sign forms/agree to everything. So if you want your clit pierced, you’ll HAVE to wait until your 18, no questions. If you want your belly button and or tongue done, you can with parental consent.

at 14 you are too young for a genitle piercing no profesional piercer can legally pierce a 14 year old kids genitles you need to be legally 18 to get a genitle piercing you shouldnt get a tounge ring either also to get the navel ring or tounge you will need to have parental consent meaning you need a parent with you who has I.D. to proove there your parent and to consent by signing a form
