When you had a rough/emotionally draining day or a week or month that's been throwing you more a lot more obstacles than normal how do you cope with it? Like how do you not let it overwhelm you and get you down?
I go up to my room and let it all out on my PS3.. either that or text my friend about it. cus she normally nos about it
I usually listen to music, or write. it doesnt matter what im writing, a poem, song, book, or just thoughts.
Put it in scope and decide to overcome it, separate the obstacles and best each in turn.
I don't let things get me down , it would be a waste of time if I did.
Ignore it until it builds up and then I cry
