Heels hurt especially when your not used to them and they probably can cause problems for your feet this young. It’s completly fine to have heels, just save th for special occasions like dances, sweet sixteens, barmitzvahs, fancy dinners, etc; don’t worry tho at all you don’t need to be

Answer #2

My Opinion is that your not to young to wear heels, and they will not wreck your feet. Like the person above me said, as long as you like to wear them dont care what other people say about it. (:

Answer #3

Here’s the facts. Any heel if worn a lot can cause the achilles tendon to shorten. A heel more then 3 inces puts 7 times the pressure on the ball of your foot and can cause bone damage. If your heel isn’t to high and you don’t wear them all of the time you are fine. You should spend atleast 1/3 of your day in a flat shoe.

Answer #4

no they wont wreck your feet . as long as you like them wear them , dont care what other people say about you wearing them. 15 isnt too young anyway, in my opinion

Answer #5

I didn’t start wearing heals untill I was 16. It doesn’t really damage your feet, it can just make them sore. One time when I wore my heals for a solid hours, no rest, my toes on my right foot were numb for over two weeks. But when I talked to my doctor, he told me that my feet were fine and that I just probably shouldn’t wear them for that long untill I’m more comfortable in them. Anyways, I would just wear them on special occasions for now. 15 isn’t too young to be wearing heels. But it is too young to be wearing heels every day.

Answer #6

They only damage your growth at age 10 or under.

I recall some celebrity some years ago having her 3 year old daughter to wear high heels.

We don’t have our daughter to wear high heels when she’s dressed up for special occassions, just a blouse and a skirt (she doesn’t like dressing up at all, but we tell her she has to do for special occassions). She’s only 6 this year (she would not like to wear it too). Maybe we can have her wear high heels later, but only when she’s dressed up for special occassions.

Is 10 a good age to start (as I said, only when she’s dressed up for special occassions)?
