When is a good time to move on from your crush?

well me and this guy went out for like 4 months last year. we broke up (long story) but anyways this year on new years he said he was thinking about asking me out again except later that week he got a $350 phone bill from texting me so he had to stop talking. he sais he loves me quite a few times and I said it back but we have not talked for like 2 weeks so my question is: is it time to move on?

haha thanks for the advixe but we talked today for like 5 hours straight and he said he loves me again but ima keep your advice in mind and not get to attached.thanks

My opinion: Yes

If he was serious about the getting back together he would have made an effort, regardless of the phone bill.

Sounds to me like he is holding you on a line (to use when there is no one else available). I suggest moving on and figuring out what you want first and then if later you feel like giving it another chance you can re-consider.
