1. never bleach your hair if you want to dye it a dark colour like black because theres no need to darke colours go over light colours and black being the darkest colour there is will go over any other colour hair so bleaching it would just cause unecessary damage to your hair
2. manic panic is a good brand but any black hair dye will do, as they almost all come out the same darkness/shade of black

Thanx!! so if I dyed my hair dark black and decided later I want to dye it ligt brown do I need to bleach it (my hair is damaged enough lol)

Anytime you want to go dramatically lighter I suggest going to a hair salon to do it. It can be tricky.

If you want to try out the black and not commit to it then use a semi-permanent color so that it will wash out gradually. If you like it then wait till the semi is all out then use a permanent dye. If you don’t well…you’ll just have to live with it for about 6-8 weeks till it washes out. You can find a semi-perm color at any Wal-Mart, K-Mart, or drug store like place. Just look at the box and it will say if it is perm or semi-perm.

I think the blackest hair dye I’ve seen on girls is that clairol nice and easy black.. code: ‘122’

only dye your hair black if your going to want it for years I dyed mine black over a year ago and it never faded so I bleached it just one tone lighter.. Trust me think hard about it.
