When I dyed my hair black about 1yr ago an now I want to go blonde?

If you have fine hair, after dying it blonde, make sure to use moisturizers and leave in conditioners that are dye-safe. If you dyed it a year ago, I don’t think your hair will fall out. Yes, hair does get breakage and dry if you dye it like every week, but I’m sure you will be fine. (PS, I wouldnt be putting your phone number up on here.)

You are going to have to do it in steps… I just went through this two weeks ago. You should go to sallys and get one and easy colorfix (I think is what its called), buy two boxes of it and use all 4 applications if you can. Do NOT use the third step..It will turn your hair back black!!! So mix the stuff, put it on your head, and rinse it out- no step 3. Then, get a violet toner, or some blue bleach (once again at sallys..you can get quick-blue, its like 3.29, you can get two packets and a 20 or 30 volume toner) because your hair is going to probably be red, or orange. After you do that, condition the sh*t out of your hair. Maybe get a cheap protein treatment or something by aphogee.

Then, I would wait 3 days to a week..or as long as you can until you bleach it again. You’re going to want to get it all one color blonde, and then you can apply whatever tone you want. Remember to bleach it all first! If you apply golden colors to your orangy hair its going to turn way more brassy and you’ll be sad! If you apply ash, it will get rid of a little of the red, but you wont see much difference.
