When do you sleep during holidays ?
During school days I sleep at 11 but now I sleep at 5 pm I just watch my favorite channel here it’s called mbc4 I love to watch tv shows like oprah and dr phil and my favorite is grays antomy anyway’s my question is when do you sleep and is it not healthy to stay up too late?
on school days, I go to bed by 9:00pm and wake up by 6:00am. But on holidays, I go to bed around 1:00am and wake up at least 10am
Apparently its bad for your body to stay up too late - but meh I do it all the time. I go to bed at like 3am sometimes later and wake up ~1:00pm.
yeah. My parents force me and my bro to go to bed that early and if we refuse, hmm, she will start preaching to us.
