When can I move in with my mom?

Okayy im 16 and I have been living with my fater all my life and I dont wanna live with him no more I wanna live with my mom so at what age can I move in with my mom?

Does your dad have like full costody. If yes you would have to take that to court so she can show that she can take care of you in a proper way.

If not then you are allowed to go whit your mom and all if she has oart costody.

I just moved in with my dad after living with my mom my whole life

the court system usually goes by if you can make a rational decision. But most states the age too choose is 12 or 13. You and your mom will have to go to court unfortunetly unless your dad lets you go willingly. She would have to file a motion for custody through family court!

When you are eighteen or unless you get the government involved in which case that would involve a lot of work. :) Your mom would have to prove that she could provide more as a parent, and that she has a source of profit to provide you with everything you need.
