Hey, well it will be hard to find one exercise that does that for you. I would suggest sit-ups, push-ups, weight lifting and running! I don’t know exactly where you want to lose weight, but those are kind of all around body training! Also, to help this, you could try eating healthier. One way to do this is to have 5 small meals a day opposed to 3 large ones. This replenishes your body regularly in a steady way so your body knows how to break down the nutrients. I hope I helped and kudos for not asking how to stop eating or make yourself throw up to lose weight! There are way too many girls out there like that these days and I’m glad you want to lose weight the healthy way! Best of luck! :) ~Broadwaystar101

Well, theres mutliple things you can do, it just depends on your body and your lifestyle. Personally, I like to run. It makes me feel free, gives me time to think, and I feel excellent afterwards. However, speed walking sheds more calories while running builds muscles. I also jog backwards - it’s much more efficent that forwards, and burning about 10% more calories depending on your age, weight and overall chemistry. I also try to do a mix of push-ups, crunches, squats and sit-ups for a half hour before bed. Sleep helps build muscle and relax the mind. Take up a yoga or kickboxing class. They help you focus, teach balance and burn lots of calories! Don’t forget to drink all of that water.

You got to check out tracy anderson on utube… she is awesome and teaches you how to exercise in such a fun way, it seems easy and fun. she is a ex dancer (and we all know dancers have hot bodies) and hey music keeps you going. but instead of doing repetitive moves she shows how its best to get changing your angles to get all the companion muscles going … hence really nice muscles not bulky. I watch all her stuff on utube but might get dvd…oh and eating samll but frquently all throughout the day start atleast within 30mins of waking as it programs your body into a fast metabolism for day, ( ie not starve mode that make your body store energy, add me as friend if you like , I would live to know how all goes

Anything that involves cardiovascular activity (taebo, walking/ running/ kickboxing) is the best way to burn off high amounts of calories in one session. Those types of exercise stimulate your heart, which in turn stimulates your entire body (metabolism). Also make sure that you’re eating regularly and in a healthy fashion. When they say eating 5 smaller meals a day is best, they mean it. Eating like that helps boost your metabolism and also keeps you satisfied (hunger wise) and helps diminish unwanted cravings.
