How do I stop dreams about my boyfriend leaving me?

every since the second time I have sexual intercourse with my boyfriend I feel like I need him I cant stop thinking about him I yearn for his voice and im afraid I might be losing my mind!!! I have dreams about him leaving me for another girl and I wake up crying during the middle of the night/early morning we’ve only been dating for about a month now and I’ve known him for five years…I dont feel healthy this way I feel like I need medical attention for such strange emotions…and im so embarrassed because I would never think a boy could ever have this kind of effect on me to where I needed them…I feel like if he leaves me im going to try and hurt myself or hurt him and I really dont want that…but I just cant get him out of my head I need help how do I stop the dreams because I feel like they’re the main causes and also the sex

I would have to agree with xxpridexx your worrying to much about life in reality. just relax before you go to bed try and clear your thoughts. take a nice long hot relaxing bath. the part where you feel angry and might do something bad if he leaves you isnt very good at all. I personally think you should talk to somebody about this and it could be an obsession or maybe you are in love?? not to sure. if you need someone to talk to you can add me on. well if your having dreams and worrying about him with other girls then there clearly isnt any trust. and a relationship wont work out if there isnt any trust, thats key. and it sounds more like an obsession with him if your getting like that over having sex with him. unless your like 13 or whatever (I don’t know how old you are) then your just getting too clingy. but it sounds like your obsessed with him. and thats really not normal. and its def not normal to say your gonna hurt him if he leaves you. get help for that, cause this relationship sounds EXTREMELY unhealthy. and its bound to end, hate to tell you with the way your talking.
