I was wondering if it would hurt my braces if I left my headgear on while I was messing around with my boyfriend. We both have Braces and thought it might me fun too try it. But not if it will damage my braces. Same thing with my rubber bands, can I leave those in? We are just wanting too try different stuff. Thanks for your help, peace!
Considering you use your tongue and not your teeth, your braces shouldn't get damaged at all. I do however suggest taking it slow, as being clumsy could end up hurting him.
