Getting there early, and forcing your way to the front is pretty much the only way. I don’t know what kind of crowd it is, but prepare to be squashed if you’re at the front. Any concert I’ve been to where I ended up at the front, I’ve ended up be crushed against the barrier at the front. it can be very unpleasant.
