I saw a video for it on you tube earlier. it FREAKED me out. the girl having it done had a tattoo on her back, and needles pined down the left and right side of the back leaving two holes. then a ribbon was threaded through the holes and passed through the tattoo. it is only a surface peircing though and will grow out. it looked like a big zig zag pulling the skin in. GROSE!
