What will happen if you fast for two days?

NOTHiNG WiLL REALLy HAPPEN. JUST iF yOU KEEP ON FASTiNG yOUR ESPOHGES WiLL GET SMALLER & THEN WHEN yOU TRY TO GO BACK TO YOUR REGULAR EATING METHOD. yOU WiLL THROW iT UP. *BUT DONT FAST FOR TOO LONG.

you’ll just lose water weight (yes even if you drink water) so basically you’ll lose maybe a pound or two of water weight… not much else will happen… maybe a slower metabolism, and you’ll be tired…

for crying out loud…bu not eating your not becomming skinnier…your becomming weaker. your nody needs food to fuel itself to do things…without food yor body will start to eat itself…if your so obsessed about loosing weight do it the sensible way.

just remember you can go 3 minuts without air, 3 days without water and 3 weeks without food

your metabolism will slow down. its really not a good thing to try and do. im not sure why you would want to. you may lose a few pounds at the most, but your body wont look all that different because you’ll be bloated from all the water. but then after that two days if you eat anything your slower metabolism will just make you gain even more weight than you had in the first place. I suggest if you want to do this at least eat non-fat salads with the water. (: hope this helps.

it’s only 2 days and not a regular thing. you may not gain it back. you’ll lose a few lbs.

two days…you will be a little dehydrated I once went 5 days with out food…but I drank a lot of water
