im 14 and want to lose weight. im im 5”1 and I weigh 103 (I know you might think I dont need to lose weight) but I have long legs and a short torso which makes me be chubby and have rolls. so what is the beast way for me to lose weight?

You are actually at the lowest end of the healthy scale for your height and weight. Any lower, and you would be at an unhealthy weight. You do not need to loose weight, as at your age, you need all the nutrients you can get for a lifetime of health. Cutting down your food intake could be very dangerous to your long term health. If you are nonpleased with how you look, then a fashion change is needed to lengthen your ‘lines’. Same color stockings as your pants or skirt make you seem longer, as well as an accent scarf. Wearing an open jacket that is longer than your hips also elongates you. Try using makeup to focus on your eyes, or lips, never both. Wear nice jewelry, stand and sit with good posture. Look up on beauty sites patterns to look for that seem to optically thin your midsection. Whatever you do, I wish you the best, but do not go and loose weight, that is dangerous at your present weight, very unhealthy, and you will set youself up for long term health problems, not the least of which could be osteoporosis, which causes the typical bent over look. Yes, this can even happen at a young age, especially with poor nutrition such as dieting when not necessary.

Hey girl I was in the same boat! I was always the chubby one (short torso, long legs, couple extra pounds)! All you need to do Is eat grapefruit before each meal(yea GROSS!)but it truely works with regular excersise! TRUST ME!!!

You honestly don’t need to lose weight. You’ll be TOO skinny. You’re fine the way you are. TRUST ME. Thats the perfect weight for someone your size.

umm.hun seriously your like my height,and yeah I know,but I have a long torso,but no butt onesover,so it all goes towards my stomach…umm well I tried to run/walk every day.if I don’t run at school,then I go home and run down to my park,walk around the perimeter,then run 1/2 way home.
