What was the weed I smoked laced with?

My friend asked me if I wanted to smoke with her and her boyfriend so I did. I only took maybe 7 or 8 hits. I felt okay to drive. Well, while driving I blacked out several times, everything didn’t go black but I can’t tell you anythinig about driving for a mile and a half.so I went to a nearby parking lot and parked.my eyes were really heavy,when I blinked they had a delayed reaction.I started calling everyone I could think of because I knew if I didn’t get help I was gona die.by the time I got to the emergency room I couldn’t move my left arm, I was having severe chest pains,you could see my heart beating through a sweater and my pulse in my kneck looked like it was about to bust, and I had lost all color in my face.when I got hooked up to the monitors my heart was beating between 160 and 175 beats per min.I was on the verge of having a heart attack and I’m only 19 years old.my friend swears that it wasn’t laced because she was fine, but things effect people differently and I believe it was laced with something I just don’t know what.the hospital never exactly told me what was wronge with me and the wierd thing is that my drug test came negative for everything they tested me for..even thc and I have smoked several times in the past 2 weeks.if anybody thinks they might know or think something pleasee let me know.
