What vitamins are good for injuries?
My calfs are sore after basketball practice, and the top of my right foot hurts also. How should I treat these problems?

Usually eggs have these vitamins, I would try eating some nice eggs in the morning :) If you want you can also get a massage to relieve the soreness from your foot and calf’s, usually a massage works best :)
