  How to LOSE weight?

First, determine from the information below, what your weight should be. Then set yourself goals of a week, 2 weeks, a month, 3 months, 6 months and a year. As you see yourself meeting your goals it becomes easier. Remember, you didn’t gain your weight overnight so don’t expect to lose if overnight. Plus, weight lost slowly is more likely to stay off than weight lost in a hurry.

If you need conversion info, 1 kg = 2.2 pounds and 2.54 cm = 1 inch (12 inches = 1 foot)

“How can I Lose 1 pound of body weight per week?”

One pound of body fat is equal to about 3500 calories. So to lose 1 pound of weight per week, you need to eat 500 calories/day LESS than you burn.

But it’s not a good idea to lose weight simply by cutting calories. As well as decreasing calories you should increase your daily physical exercise. This helps to burn calories and build more lean tissue which in turn burns more calories.

“What should a minimum calorie intake be?”

As a guide to minimum calorie intake, the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) recommends that calorie levels never drop below 1200 calories per day for women or 1800 calories per day for men. Even these calorie levels are quite low.

Another thing that helps to lose weight is to always eat a good breakfast. That helps to jump start your metabolism which helps start burning calories. Also, try to drink 8 eight ounce glasses of water every day. One before every meal (except breakfast) and before all snacks. That helps curb your appetite which helps reduce caloric intake.

If you have a bonafide eating disorder, it could possibly end up killing you if you try and deal with it on your own and don’t know what you are doing. You could also just be simply over reacting. So, start with your family doctor and explain the situation honestly to the doctor. If you are smart enough to ask here, then you are smart enough to seek some professional help. Your family doctor is the best place to start, and the least invasive.

For your gender, bone structure, age and height there is a chart that doctors have that can tell you if you are overweight, for real, or not. Most people now days are overweight because of the way our food is processed. The answer, however, is not in “not eating”… but be sensible and learn how to regulate your calorie intake and exercise. If you think you are overweight, you might very well be… or “not”. But just don’t make up a decision and try to handle it yourself. Be smarter than that. Get your doctor’s opinion and stick to that. If your doctor agrees that you are overweight, he/she will show you the very best and fastest way to loose the weight you need safely to arrive at your desired goal weight.

Its called bulimia its where you eat something and then make urself throw up again. I know the symptoms I have had them explained to me before if you want to no anymore send me an email on here x x x

Answer #7

sounds like you have a little bit of anorexia and bulimia. you sometimes starve yourself (anorexia) and sometimes throw up (bulimia)..most people, even with a normal body image tend to see themselves a half size to a size bigger then they are. You probably see yourself even bigger then that. You’re body image is completely distorted. .instead of trying to lose weight..you should try seeing a psychiatrist to figure out what a normal and healthy weight and way of thinking is for yourself.

Answer #8

I dont make myself throw up someimes when I think I ate to much I do but I dont eat a lot…just to let you know!
