what to do with a flirt..?

so, I have a problem. there’s this guy (haha, no telling how many of these questions start like that..) and he means a lot to me. I got to know him this year, he is kind of the kind that is nerdy when you get out for the summer and come back in the fall and he is absolutely gorgeous (you know what I mean?) well..he is in my seventh period, which is computer technology. I didn’t sit by him in the beginning of the year but my teacher moved me by him because..well I dont know why. and well..I have started an intrest in him. he is my same religion (christain), he’s gorgeous, he is so nice, he has a great personality, I could definetly see him as a father in the future, but the problem is…he’s a flirt. how do I handle this? I can’t be like you need to stop flirting! because a) he would think im a freak since we aren’t really anything right now, and b) we kind of come from different “cliques” but we get along perfectly and he always talks to me. im so confused, help me? thanks(:
