what should I do if my sister doesn't take care of her dog?

Tell her!! Take care of the dog, or it’s gone. You’ll report the abuse. (or take the dog home with you…)

you need to let your parents handle this it is not your buisness if your sister doesn’t take care of HER dog.

would you want to live like this/ would you turn your cheek if you saw a child living like this? I suggest calling animal control or have a serious talk with your family or just remove the dog yourself. Find it a home.

you should just sit down with your sis and tell her needs to take care of him to, if she does not just you keep him as a pet, or bring him to a place that actually cares ( a shelter or a different home) say you will then maybe she’ll get sad and want him so dont and she might start taking care of him! Thats really not fair on the dog… how old is she… 5? :s its really cruel on the dog, Well, you could look after the dog… or you could give the dog to a NO-KILL shelter… thats important because in some places… they just euthanise the dogs if they do not get rehomed…

just go over to her place when she isn’t home then take the dog and call a NON KILL shelter and tell them that you found this stray dog running down the road and you need animal control to come get him and then they will come pick him up and atleast feed him and water him and give him attention do it for his safety

I meant the shelter will take the dog into their custody and have someone adopt it.

Perhaps you should talk to her about this. If this doesn’t help I suggest calling an animal shelter with a no-kill policy
