what should I tell my mum?

my dad was crying the other day b/c he was telling me how our life wasnt soppose to be like this and my mom was sopose to stay in her job while he went to school and got a degree well it so happends that my mom didnt like her job so she quit…

should I tell her that my dad was crying? should I convince her to get a job so my dad can go to school or what?

Well, just comfort your dad, and have him think of some solutions. There is always a solution. Don’t tell your mom she should be able to talk to him. Your dad should not give up on his dreams and when your dad tells your mom she should be a supportive wife if that was there previous agreement.

Agree with intense. This is first and foremost a problem between your two parents, and is not your responsibility. Of course you feel worried, and involved - but it’s their job to sort things out themselves.

Ask you dad if he is going to tell your mum and if he doesn’t want to then maybe it’s best to stay out of it. They need to sort out their problems like responsible parents, it shouldn’t be your responsibility.
