Eat a lot of meat, or peanut butter and do a lot of stretches, run & other things to build muscle mass. This helps you gain weight in the right places. Dont eat junk food and a lot of sweets. Then the weight will be unhealthy and could cause heart problems or cholesterol problems. So eat healthy meals & snacks, & exercise regularly. Good luck.

Eat meat and strength train. It’s enjoyable on both fronts too. Any kind of protein will do but for ease of digestion, try chicken and pork in ways you prefer. Beef also works but it has a larger amount of cholesterol which isn’t too healthy. Remember to incorporate your carbohydrates, you’ll need the boosts of steady energy and the meat will have enough fats as long as it’s not lean. As for a strength training regimen, start off with as many push ups as you can as they closely resemble a bench press exercise. Get yourself a set of dumbbells too, they’re great for the triceps, biceps, and useful in a more resistant sit up. After you feel comfortable with weight, head to the gym and workout regularly. It won’t be a cake walk so unless you want to gain bad weight, keep at it and reap the benefits of a stronger body. :) Peace

Answer #3

Lots of protein. Eat foods loaded with protein and make sure you work out with it. If you only eat the protein and don’t get the proper amount of exercise it will all turn to fat. You wanna gain weight the right way. With muscle that is. There are plenty of different types of protein supplements out there from protein shakes to protein bars. Go to to you local nutrition shop and start asking questions. If your strapped for cash and cant afford that stuff, hit the internet. Google up High protein diets or something. Im sure you will find what your looking for that way. Either way, protein and weight training is the way to go. Don’t neglect your cardio workouts either. Thats always important.
