What should I pick? aagggrhhh ?
I need to pick my gcse options now I can pick two other options but I’m stuck between:
Geography (apparently it’s recomended if we pick either history or geograpy)
Media Studies (my form tutor + english teacher thinks I’d be good at it and it looks fun)
Child Development (Looks easy and fun but my mum doesn’t think I should do it but I love children so I don’t know)
Drama (I’m a bit shy and stuff but I enjoy it)
I am a shy girl but I want to get more confident, I don’t know what I want to be when I’m older but I was looking at being a Lawyer or something:S I want to do something to help people when I’m older I know that. I like spending time with friends and I am a friendly person.
Please help me I can only pick two and I really don’t know!! Thanks.
I’d chose Drama and geography. But its your choice.
Well unless you want to do something involving media studies in the future there isn’t much point in choosing that.
One of my friends is taking geography now and she says it’s pretty interesting. Also, if oyu get a good grade in that it will show future employers that you can retain a fair amount of information - it also leaves a few doors open for jobs if you want to help people by helping the world ^_^.
Don’t choose a subject just because it looks easy or, on the other hand, don’t not not do it because a parent says so. Think about whether you could see yourself doing a job involving child development and if oyu would enjoy it.
If you are considering being a lawyer and you get a good grade in drama it could tell future employers that you are expressive and can get your point across in a vocal manner.
In my opinion geography and drama seems to be your best bet considering what you want to do in the future. Just go with what you feel is right for you okay?
