What should I get my boyfriendfor his 18th birthday?

My boyfriend is turning 18 this month, I’ve been thinking for forever on what to get him and still have NO IDEA! I love him and I know he loves me too. I want to give him something meaningful, but within my budget $100. Previous years I’ve gotten him a dogtag engraved with soemthign special, a sweater that he really wanted, these shirts that he really wanted, and once I painted soemthing for him on a huge canvas. He loves little gadget things, and electronics, but I know nothing about them, but also from what I know hes already bought what hewanted (harddrive). He tells me he just wants to go out iwth me but I odnt know where! and I still want to buy him soemthing! So what are some good ideas on what to get him? and please don’t say sex, I dont plan on it until I’m married and he’s willing to wait for me, and pelase dont comment on how pathetic I am :\
