what should I do to loose weight I've tried a lot of things

I’m been overweight after having my son and is worried about my boyfriend leaving me because am overweight, what should I do?

That is a rather shallow reason to leave a woman after delivering a baby. However, I must ask, what have you been doing to lose weight? Eat right and Exercise. If you have not been exercising, a little bit can go a long way. You don’t have to go out running a marathon, just build some time into your day to go for a walk. Make sure you do it everyday. Pull out the stroller and consider it time with you son. Go for a walk with your boyfriend. Do fun activities that make you forget you are exercising.

Don’t forget your diet. If you eat right and don’t overindulge, you can eat more than you think and loose weight. I mean (as and example) McDonald’s everyday for Lunch and Dinner is not going to cut it. However, three square meals that are not full of fat are acceptable.
