What should I do to increase my breast size?

okay I am 16 about 5’1 and 110 pounds… I am a swimmer…star softball player and track runner and soccer defender…I am also play club softball during the summer…in 8th grade I had a 36B cup and now as a sophomore they have decreased down to a 34B and they keep getting smaller…what should I do…I want to keep playing sports but I also don’t want to be flat chested by the time I am a senior please help …is there any type of food I could eat that could help them grow again or what? I don’t want to take a pill or get surgery but yeah please help I don’t know what to do

there’s an exercise you can do to enlarge your breasts you grab fold your arms while each hand is touching the opposite arm (right above the folding crease) and squeeze both ways it makes your breasts grow but dont worry about having big breasts many women do
