What should I do if my boyfriend said he was gay?

I asked a question earlier about getting my boyfriend to feel me I thought it was because he was shy but he just told me he wasn’t doing anything with me because he is gay and wants to break up with me I really love him and dont want to break up.. what do I do??

Well if he says he is gay then I hope it is not just an excuse because that is pretty lame and waaay too messed up for an excuse. My bet is that he is telling the truth. This means you two are already over in his mind and therefore it has become a one-sided relationship. To be completely honest the best thing to do is to let go, even if this is the hardest thing for you. If you really love him you will respect his wishes and ask if maybe you could just be friends. Time heals all wounds regardless of if you want them to or not. Eventually you will find someone who you can fall in love with and then this situation won’t seem as sad. It is hard to let go, but sometimes it opens the door to knew things, experiences, people etc. we otherwise might not have had.
